By making a Vividpink Online Gifts purchase you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. 

Delivery

Delivery is charged at a flat rate of $18.00 per order.

Delivery will be made by Australia Post or a reputable Courier company. 

Delivery will be made to Gold Coast, Brisbane and Tweed regions within 2 – 4 business days.  To all other areas within Australia, delivery will be made with 7 – 14 business days.  Please indicate when placing your order if you would like delivery on a specific date, with the above lead times in mind.  No deliveries can be made on weekends or Public Holidays.  We are unable to secure delivery at a specified time, eg, 4:00pm. 

Please take extra care to ensure that all delivery details are correct If an order needs to be re-delivered as a result of an incorrect address, then any additional charges will be passed on to the purchaser. 

It is recommended that someone is available at the delivery address during business hours to accept the gift.  If a home address is used, and there is no one there to accept delivery, a calling card will be left. 

Please note that when delivering to hospitals and hotels, Vividpink Online Gifts accepts no responsibility after it has been accepted at a central point such as reception. 

Whilst we take the upmost care to ensure that all hampers are safely packaged, if any item is damaged in transit, we will immediately replace it, once the damaged item is returned to us.  Please phone 07 5562 225 within 48 hours of receipt to report any damage. 

Payment

All orders must be placed online and payment made via Paypal.  Orders will only be processed once payment has been received. 

Cancellations

Cancellation of an order will only be accepted before it has been processed.  This can be done via return of the confirmation email, by phone on 07 5562 225, or by email to orders@vividpink.com.au. 

Alcohol

Gift hampers containing alcohol may only be purchased and delivered to persons over the age of 18 years. 

Substitutions

In the event that a particular item is not available, we will use a substitute gift of equal or greater value to complete the hamper.  Please be aware that the colour of some items may change, but will always be within keeping of the overall theme of the hamper. 

Photography

To demonstrate the theme of our gift hampers, some props may have been used in the photography.  Please be aware that only items listed in the product descriptions are part of the gift hamper. 

Privacy

Vividpink Online Gifts does not sell or give any personal information to any other parties with the exception of the mail carrier used for delivery. 

As a valued customer you will receive emails regarding our special promotions.  If you do not wish to receive, please return email with “unsubscribe” in the subject heading.
